Sad loss of BDAA angler

20081014_133924_14102008138_400

Kevin Harris, age 47 from Oxford regularly attended and supported BDAA events; Kevin was easily recognisable by his white T shirt, groomed appearance and good humour. He sadly passed away after a long heart condition 8/12/09, Kevin was always the first to offer help to anyone who needed it despite his own health problems, a good friend and angling companion to trustee Mark Bowell.

Kevin strongly believed what BDAA stood for, and could regularly be seen at Clattercote in Banbury which was his and Marks favourite venues, or on the local river in search of chub and barbel  down in Abingdon, often the air was full of laughter on all night fishing sessions for bream on the Thames.

Our condolences go to Kevin`s family and friends, his funeral takes place on Friday 18th at 2.15 pm Barton crematorium OX3 9RZ
