BDAA have invested a considerable amount of time and money with its partners and advisors to provide a National standard of "accessible for All" platforms, these have been accepted by disability and safety organisations as the best available, the charity ensured that safety, access, practically and affordability were all incorporated to into the designs.

These platform design guides are FREE to use, giving ideal dimensions and safety factors, materials. Instillation and end result design is the responsibility of the user and no responsibility to BDAA for misinterpretation of these drawings.

We would like to offer our sincere thanks to Mark Gallagher who kindly donated his time to the charity to produce these excellent drawings .

The BDAA reminds you that any club or fishery intending to build platforms on rivers, canals, pools etc may need permissions to do so. We strongly advise you to contact the land owner and the Environment Agency prior to any instillation.
